Program
Visit the Gala 2015 Online Catalog and check out:
Registration
Credit
card information is required upon arrival. An alternative method of
payment may be used at check-out. If you do not plan to bid, we will
still collect your information. You will not be charged unless you
purchase an item.
Raffles
Pre-printed raffle tickets with your bidder number will be provided upon check-in. You will be charged for every ticket dropped into a bowl. Please see the Raffle Help-Desk if you have any questions throughout the evening.
Sealed Bidding invites you to write down your best bid and place it in the box. The highest bidder wins; only the winner will be charged. How high are you willing to go?
Gala Purchases
Items too large to go home with you may be picked up on Sunday, March 8, from 12-2 pm at the McClendon Athletic Center.
Seating
We will have a full house, so please plan to arrive on time to reserve your seating (for open seated guests only).
